What is AR500 Steel?

AR500 steel is a hardened, abrasion-resistant steel widely recognized for its exceptional toughness. Originally developed for demanding industrial applications—like mining equipment, construction machinery, and truck beds—AR500 quickly earned a reputation for withstanding heavy friction, impact, and wear.
