Where does Defense Targets ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 3–4 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take 5–7 business days. Orders ship directly from Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina.

Which carriers does Defense Targets use?

Depending on your order, we ship via:

  • UPS Ground

Does Defense Targets offer free shipping?

Yes, Free Shipping is available and will ship by the best method at the discretion of DefenseTargets.com.

Are there extra charges for freight shipping?

Yes. Freight orders that require special services (such as lift gate delivery or limited access delivery) may have additional charges beyond the base freight rate. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

If you enter your email address at checkout, a tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking details, please contact us directly.

What is the Expedited Handling Option?

Expedited Handling guarantees that your order will leave our facility faster:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET ship the next business day.

⚠️ Please note: This is not expedited shipping, only expedited handling. For faster delivery, request a shipping quote before placing your order.

Who is responsible for incorrect shipping addresses?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Defense Targets is not responsible for lost packages or extra fees due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Missing mail receptacles

  • Customer entry errors

If an order is returned, the customer must pay additional shipping charges. (This does not apply if the error is made by Defense Targets or the carrier.)
