How long do I have to return an item?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds and exchanges are not available.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

Are sale items refundable?
No. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, but only if the item is defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same product, email us at shoot@defensetargets.com for instructions.
How are gift returns handled?

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is received.

Who pays for return shipping?
