How long do I have to return an item?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds and exchanges are not available.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Can I receive a partial refund?

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How do refunds work?

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification regarding approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Denied refunds: You’ll be notified with details explaining why.

What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company (processing delays may apply).

  • Contact your bank (refunds can take time to post).

Are sale items refundable?

No. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, but only if the item is defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same product, email us at shoot@defensetargets.com for instructions.

How are gift returns handled?

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is received.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver: A refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
